The objectives of the “CCE-Students’ Grievance Redressal Committee (CCE-SGRC)” are to address and resolve grievances, complaints, and concerns raised by students within the institution as per the AICTE norms guidelines.
Students’ Grievance Redressal Committee includes following objectives:
1. Ensuring a fair and transparent process for addressing grievances;
2. Fostering a positive and harmonious environment by promptly and effectively addressing issues;
3. Creating a conducive environment for learning and growth by resolving issues that may hinder students’ academic progress or affect their physical and mental well-being;
4. Building mutual confidence and trust among students, staff, and other stakeholders;
5. Ensuring that the institution remains compliant with regulations by promptly addressing grievances and taking appropriate action when necessary.
