The Student Welfare Committee (SWC) at Cauvery College of Engineering is dedicated to nurturing the academic, personal, and professional well-being of every student. The committee strives to create a positive and inclusive learning environment that fosters mutual respect, promotes personal growth, and cultivates a sense of belonging within the college community.

Through various initiatives, the SWC provides students with opportunities for guidance, mentorship, and overall development. It encourages them to set ambitious goals, build essential life skills, and cultivate leadership qualities. The committee also emphasizes social responsibility, ethical awareness, and civic engagement, enabling students to become responsible citizens and compassionate individuals.

The SWC continually works to ensure that every student feels supported, empowered, and inspired to reach their full potential—both within and beyond the academic sphere.

Functions and Responsibilities:

To provide efficient and effective medical & welfare services to all students and staff.
For the effective implementation of the institute Code of Conduct & support positive behaviour strategies across the college, and to counsel students to maintain the same
To assist with structured one-to-one mentoring sessions where appropriate.
To support the proactive supervision of students in Student Services
To assist students in improving their academics & placements
To provide all necessary information and to facilitate the students to make use of the facilities provided by the Government
